CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly require at least 24 hours notification for ALL cancellations. A same-day cancellation (or rescheduled appointment) or no-show appointment will be charged a $50-$75 fee, depending on the type of appointment that was scheduled.
We try to provide prompt service for our patients. Therefore, late arrivals may be counted as NO SHOW or rescheduled if ample time to provide the service or procedure is not available (as time permits).

New patients are asked to arrive (or check-in if a telemedicine appointment) 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment. Existing patients should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. This is to allow time for check-in, so your actual appointment will start on time with the provider.

**If you are having symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, congestion, sore or scratchy throat, new onset headache or cough, or other symptoms, we ask that you please contact us BEFORE your appointment so you may be seen via telemedicine visit or rescheduled. This will not be counted as a no show appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so we may keep our staff and other patients healthy.
